. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management. This role involves strategizing, overseeing the sales lifecycle, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales for the residential project and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Manage and lead a team of sales executives; set clear goals and provide guidance and motivation.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market.
Maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct customers.
Organize and participate in site visits, property expos, and promotional activities.
Ensure an excellent customer experience from inquiry to booking to handover.
Analyze market trends, pricing, competition, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure lead generation and follow-up.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecast revenue.
Ensure compliance with RERA and all relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in residential real estate sales, preferably in the Dera Bassi, Zirakpur, or Chandigarh region.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Local market knowledge and network within the real estate ecosystem are a plus.

Competitive salary + attractive incentive structure based on performance.
