. The role primarily focuses on
acquiring and managing High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) investors
, driving investment opportunities, and building long-term client relationships while contributing to the growth of our franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
client acquisition
by actively identifying and engaging
HNI and Ultra HNI investors
.
Present and promote a wide range of
wealth management and portfolio management solutions
tailored to client investment goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to
expand the franchise network
and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
Achieve
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
for client acquisition, investments, and revenue growth.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing HNI clients.
Conduct financial planning discussions, portfolio reviews, and investment advisory sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing of HNI clients and franchise partners.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and economic developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Represent the company at seminars, networking events, investor meets, and other forums to enhance brand visibility.
Key Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field;
and achieving investment sales targets.
Strong understanding of
financial markets, investment products, and wealth planning tools
.
Excellent
networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset with ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Ability to present complex investment concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
