We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Senior Sales Executive
to drive revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and achievement of sales targets. The role is performance-focused and best suited for professionals with strong sales expertise and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
Track market trends and competitor activities
Key Requirements
Minimum
5 years of experience
in sales (relevant industry preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a
target-oriented, performance-driven environment
