Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive new business acquisition and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets
Own the complete sales cycle from
lead generation to deal closure
Build and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
Identify new markets, accounts, and growth opportunities
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build long-term relationships with
enterprise and mid-market clients
Understand client business needs and propose tailored solutions
Lead client negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and senior stakeholders
Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to improve performance
Set KPIs, track pipelines, and conduct regular performance reviews
Support team members in complex deals and escalations
Drive a high-performance and accountability-driven culture
Strategy & Reporting
Forecast sales revenue and maintain accurate pipeline reporting
Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights
Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
8+ years of experience in
B2B sales
, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong experience in
enterprise sales / solution selling
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
Good to Have
Experience in
IT services / SaaS / product-based sales
Experience handling key accounts and strategic partnerships
CRM expertise
MBA or relevant sales certifications
