Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of building material products and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Handle liaisoning with Government Departments, PSUs, and institutional clients.
Conduct and attend meetings with government officials and PSU authorities.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Close sales deals in coordination with internal teams and ensure timely order execution.
Explore new business opportunities through tenders, empanelments, and registrations.
Travel across Delhi and Uttarakhand for business development and client meetings.
Coordinate with the senior Delhi-based support team for strategy and operational assistance.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Required Experience & Skills
Proven 5-10 years experience in sales and deal closure in the building material industry.
Strong expertise in government liaisoning and PSU dealings.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of government procurement and tendering processes.
Willingness to travel frequently as per business needs.
