Spixar HumanEdge is hiring experienced Senior Sales Managers to lead high-performing field sales teams, drive customer acquisition, and achieve strong regional sales targets. This is a leadership role for professionals passionate about building teams and scaling field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage 8-18 Field Sales Executives

Drive field sales and customer acquisition in assigned regions

Plan and execute local sales & marketing activities

Track daily performance, reports, and KPIs

Ensure consistent target achievement and team productivity

Build strong customer relationships and market presence

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in field sales

1+ years of team handling / people management experience

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Willingness to travel within the region
