Eighth Fold Circle Private Limited is seeking a dynamic
Senior Sales Manager
to lead and scale our sales operations for healthcare therapy equipment, FMCG & pharma-aligned products, and pan-India trading activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise & motivate
both field sales and in-house sales teams
to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Drive new business opportunities across healthcare, FMCG, and pharma segments.
Manage end-to-end
lead generation, conversions, and client acquisition
through field visits and digital channels.
Prepare and present
sales performance reports
, revenue forecasts, and closure summaries to management.
Build & nurture strong customer relationships, channel partners, and distributor networks.
Represent the company at
trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events
to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure smooth coordination between operations, logistics, and management for timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
Requirements
7+ years of proven sales experience
in Healthcare, FMCG, Pharma, or relevant industries.
Strong background in
team handling
(field + inhouse).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Deep understanding of lead management, closures, reporting & revenue-driven sales strategies.
Highly
target-oriented, result-driven
, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel for client meetings, demos & exhibitions when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
