Senior Sales Manager
to lead sales operations for the East UP region in the agrochemical and agri-input segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales in the East UP region
Develop and execute regional sales strategies
Strengthen dealer and distributor networks
Lead, guide, and monitor field sales teams
Field-focused role requiring travel up to 20 days per month
Required Qualifications & Experience:
B.Sc. (Agriculture) / M.Sc. (Agriculture)
10-15 years of experience in pesticides / agri-inputs / crop protection sales
Strong understanding of regional markets and channel operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-handling skills
Preferred Age:
40-45 years
