Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can take full ownership of sales operations -- from lead generation to project closure -- and drive business growth in the HORECA and institutional kitchen segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business from hotels, restaurants, caterers, banquets & consultants. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and kitchen consultants. Conduct site visits, understand technical requirements, and prepare quotations. Coordinate with production & installation teams to ensure timely project execution. Lead, train & motivate the sales team to achieve collective goals. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in selling commercial kitchen equipment or stainless-steel fabrication products. Strong technical knowledge of kitchen layouts, equipment types, and fabrication processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of handling large projects independently. Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools. Bachelor's Degree preferred (Mechanical / Business / Hospitality).
