Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and commercial projects. Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and channel partners. Conduct regular market research to analyze trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Oversee sales presentations, site visits, and negotiations to ensure successful deal closures. Work closely with marketing to plan and execute campaigns for lead generation. Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to company policies and ethics. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback. Maintain strong coordination with CRM and operations teams for smooth post-sales processes.
