Manage sales activities to achieve targets in real estate, steel industry, scaffolding, engineering, technical sales, B2C sales, and B2B sales.

Manage sales team performance, set targets, and achieve monthly/quarterly goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and presentation skills. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile



8 - 15 years of experience in project sales or related field (real estate sales, business development management). Strong understanding of the steel industry's products/services (e.g., scaffolding) and ability to communicate effectively about them. Experience working in an engineering company or similar environment; knowledge of engineering principles would be an asset. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment; strong time management skills Experience in B2B sales or project sales in the engineering & construction industry. Rich Experience in Team Handling & help them achieving the targets
