Job Title: Business Development Manager (Interior)

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to work on-meeting and meet with clients to assess their on-site requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction and be able to Interior Design or Architect Field, Furniture Related communicates effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:



1-Conduct on-site visits to assess client requirements and provide design solutions.

2-Prepare cost estimates and budgets for the project with the help of Backend Team.

3-Collaborate with other members of the design team to develop design concepts and plans as per the Client Need.

4- Responsible for meeting with given clients and convert in sales.

5-Developing and executing a marketing plan to grow the company's business in the Interior Design Sector/ Furniture Sector.

6- Meeting with client and explain the company products.

7-Meeting with new clients and understanding their requirements and close the deal.

8-Experience in managing complex Sales cycle with B2C selling process.

9-Provide technical advice and support to clients as needed.

10- Achieve target as per the given company.

11-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design and luxury good markets.

12- Research and analyses market trends to develop sales strategies that align with company goals.

13- Build and maintain relationship with clients, architects and interior designers to expand the company's customer base.

14- Negotiate contracts and piecing with clients and suppliers to maximize Profitability.

15- Expert in team handling

.



16-Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance and support their professional development.

Requirements:



-Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

-Proven experience in sales and meeting with clients to assess their requirements.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Flexibility to work on-site meeting at various locations.

- Experience in managing complex sales cycle with B2C selling process.
