Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive regional sales performance and act as a key liaison with the Regional Head. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in managing sales operations and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee sales operations within the assigned region
Act as the primary point of coordination with the Regional Head
Execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and business growth
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance updates using computer systems
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Support and guide the sales team to improve productivity and efficiency
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of sales activities
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong hands-on knowledge of computers (MS Office, CRM, reporting tools)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage senior stakeholders and regional leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership and team-handling capabilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a regional role
Experience:
5+ years of relevant sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
