Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Manage key accounts, corporate clients, and events bookings.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to maximize guest experience and sales.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years experience in hotel or hospitality sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of corporate, MICE, and leisure segments is a plus.
