As a Sales Manager at Raison Automation and Controls India Pvt LTD, you will be a key member of our sales department, responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, ensuring timely payment collections, and coordinating with inventory management. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a dynamic sales team effectively.
Key Responsibility:
? Customer Follow-Ups:
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to take orders and address queries.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely responses.
? Sales Engineering:
Oversee the daily routines of the sales team, including material needs and payment queries.
Provide support to sales engineers in resolving operational issues.

Payment Follow-Ups:
Manage debtor payments, ensuring timely collections.
Maintain accurate records of payment statuses and follow up on outstanding payments.
? Sales Target Analysis:
Update and analyze sales targets and performance metrics.
Report findings and insights to the Sales Head to support strategic decision-making.

Stock Checking and Coordination:
Monitor inventory levels, particularly trading stock, to ensure availability.
Coordinate with inventory management to manage stock requirements and replenishments.

Sales Targets:
Be responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
