Strategic Account Management: Manage and expand assigned accounts in target industries
to boost sales conversions and client lifetime value. Develop sales strategies promoting OneX
services like SMS, Email, WhatsApp, RCS, and Voice, aligning them with client goals for
measurable impact.
Client Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term client partnerships as the primary contact,
delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Solution Selling & Negotiation: Create customized omnichannel solutions, lead discussions,
conduct pricing negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms, deliver demos, and
develop proposals that meet client needs.
Client Collaboration: Host meetings to review objectives and performance; engage in
industry events to enhance company visibility.
Reporting & Documentation: Track sales activities, negotiations, and metrics in CRM;
generate reports on performance and forecasts for leadership.
Self-Motivation Drive: Demonstrate self-motivation by proactively pursuing targets,
identifying opportunities independently, and maintaining high performance without
supervision.
