We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to manage retail sales operations, strengthen market presence, and drive consistent revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
Conduct daily market visits to retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers.
Generate orders, ensure timely billing, and coordinate product delivery.
Manage and expand retailer and distributor relationships.
Execute promotional activities, in-store branding, and product visibility plans.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, schemes, and market trends.
Address customer concerns promptly and maintain high service standards.
Maintain accurate daily sales reports, beat plans, and market feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, accounts, and marketing.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in FMCG / retail distribution sales (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets under minimal supervision.
Two-wheeler with valid driving licence (preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and field sales tools.
