Job Role & Responsibilities:

Generate business through field sales activities and client meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to meet business goals. Handle end-to-end sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales/marketing (BFSI/Insurance preferred). Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Target-driven and self-motivated professional. Local candidates from Coimbatore preferred.
