Position Summary:
We are seeking a
Senior Sales Manager
to drive sales, service, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
sales management

, with a focus on expanding our presence and driving revenue growth for Eagle Eye SafeDrive's innovative vehicle safety systems.
This position will oversee both
sales and service teams
in the region, and will be responsible for developing strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Generating lead and revenue
across assigned districts to achieve
sales targets
.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales penetration of
Eagle Eye SafeDrive products
in the assigned region.
Identify new business opportunities and
expand market share
for
ADAS-based safety systems
in both
consumer
and
commercial vehicle markets
.
Cultivate relationships with
key clients, distributors
, and
dealers
to drive revenue and increase product adoption.
Conduct
market research
to understand regional market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Ensure timely
implementation of sales targets
and assist the sales team in
closing deals
and ensuring
successful negotiations
.
Customer Service & Satisfaction:
Develop and implement strategies to
enhance customer satisfaction
, ensuring that customer queries, concerns, and feedback are addressed promptly.
Oversee the
service operations
for the assigned region, ensuring that service standards are maintained and customers receive timely assistance and support.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and engage in
post-sales activities

Reporting & Analytics:
Provide
regular reports
on
sales performance
, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to the senior management team.
Analyse sales data
, identify areas of improvement, and recommend strategies for growth.
Ensure that
sales forecasts

budgeting
are aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
Brand Awareness & Promotion:
Represent
Eagle Eye SafeDrive
at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the brand and expand its market presence.
Collaborate with the
marketing team
to execute regional marketing campaigns and
brand awareness initiatives
.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
OR MBA
in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience
in
sales and business development
role
, preferably in the
automotive
,
technology
, or
safety system
industry.
Strong knowledge of
ADAS technologies
,
vehicle safety systems
, or
automotive electronics
is a plus.
Proven track record of
driving sales growth
and leading successful teams to achieve sales targets.
Exceptional

Strong leadership
