Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at expanding the customer base.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, real estate brokers, and channel partners.
Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and generate quality leads.
Represent the company at property exhibitions, client meetings, and on-site visits.
Prepare and present regular sales performance updates and forecasts to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets in the real estate industry.
