Responsibilities
? Approaching manufacturers & service providers' i.e. industrial clients for Internet Marketing products like SEO etc. ? Generating leads & responsible for the management of leads generated by BDE. ? Meeting with 4 Clients on daily basis ? Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities. ? Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs ? Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships ? Partner with sales team to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients ? Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders ? Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies. ? Communicate expectations, assignments and responsibilities clearly and professionally ? Responsible to handle Sales team (3-4 members)
Qualification
? Post Graduate or Graduate With equivalent in Business Management ? 2+ years' of experience in B2B( Sales and Marketing) ? Experience in field sales and marketing Profile ? Experience in team handling of 3 to 4 members
Skills Required:
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships. ? Excellency in persuasion ? Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. ? Great leadership skills and Team-management and. ? Customer focus and result oriented approach ? Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once. ? Minimum 4 years of experience in Managerial Role (Preferred Sales and Marketing).
