Requirements
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Acquire new clients and expand business with existing customers.
Promote the company's freight forwarding and logistics services.
Prepare and negotiate freight rates, quotations, and proposals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping lines, and agents.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Analyze market trends and provide regular sales reports to management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in shipping or logistics sales.
Prior experience with freight forwarding, NVOCC, or shipping line sales preferred.
