This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who can work independently, engage with global prospects, and consistently deliver sales-qualified leads (SQLs) for leadership. This is a contract-to-hire role, with a clear path to full-time conversion based on performance. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify and research potential customers including game studios, publishers, and gaming technology companies - Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline using email, LinkedIn, events, and industry communities - Target decision-makers such as CTOs, Tech Directors, Producers, QA Heads, and Studio Leadership - Own end-to-end lead sourcing, qualification, and nurturing Outreach & Qualification - Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns Conduct initial qualification conversations to assess: - Use case and pain points - Decision-making authority - Timeline and buying intent Convert prospects into sales-qualified leads (SQLs) Pipeline Creation for Leadership - Schedule discovery calls and demos with senior stakeholders - Provide leadership with complete context before handoff (company background, needs, objections, urgency) - Ensure smooth transition from lead generation to deal closure CRM & Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Zoho CRM or another leading CRM - Track outreach, follow-ups, pipeline stages, and outcomes - Share weekly and monthly performance reports Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams - Share insights from the market to improve positioning, messaging, and pricing - (Nice to have) Help define and document lead-generation processes and playbooks Time Zone & Ownership - Work independently across EU and US business hours - Take full ownership of targets, follow-ups, and outcomes without close supervision Mandatory Qualifications- MBA from a reputed university in India - Excellent written and spoken English - Proven track record of successful lead generation and business growth - Hands-on experience using Zoho CRM or any leading CRM platform - Comfortable working independently in international time zones Nice to Have - Experience leading or mentoring sales teams - Experience setting up lead-generation processes or sales SOPs - Prior exposure to SaaS, GaaS, gaming, or B2B tech sales Performance Metrics (KPIs) - Number of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated - Number of decision-maker demos booked - Pipeline value influenced - Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate - CRM accuracy and reporting disciplineCompensation & Growth - Monthly fixed pay during contract - Performance-based incentives for SQLs, demos, and closed deals - Revenue-linked commissions - Clear conversion path to full-time role based on KPI achievement - Opportunity to grow into Senior Sales / Sales Lead roleIdeal Candidate Profile - Self-starter with strong ownership mindset - Comfortable with outbound sales and follow-ups - Motivated by performance-based compensation - Strong communicator who can represent the brand professionally - Interested in building long-term growth within a gaming SaaS company (ref:updazz.com)
