Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-oriented and dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead and expand banking sales operations across multiple locations in Rajasthan. The role involves managing a field sales team, generating business through customer acquisition, and promoting banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives Drive customer acquisition through field sales activities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for banking products Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to sales processes Conduct market mapping and area planning for territory coverage Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure repeat business Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational guidelines Prepare daily/weekly reports and communicate business updates to seniors

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 2-5 years of field sales experience in Banking, BFSI, or Financial Services Proven experience in team handling and direct customer acquisition Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territory Good understanding of local market dynamics in Rajasthan Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
