Job Description

Recruiting and training new real estate agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Motivating the sales team, setting individual and team goals, and providing coaching and support to improve performance. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives, including market analysis and identifying new business opportunities. Planning and executing sales initiatives, setting targets, and ensuring successful property transactions. Sales Tracking and Reporting: Tracking, collating, and interpreting sales figures and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. Performance Analysis and Improvement: Analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly. Budget Management: Managing the sales budget and controlling expenses. Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. Negotiating deals, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth property transactions. Customer Communication Staying up-to-date with real estate market trends, including pricing, demand, and competitive offerings. Understanding industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices in real estate sales. Leveraging technology and digital tools to enhance sales processes and customer experience. Identifying opportunities to streamline sales processes, adopt new technologies, and innovate sales techniques.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
