Role Summary



We are seeking a Real Estate professional to lead our sales efforts for our suburban development projects. The Senior Sales Manager will strategize, lead, and drive sales to meet or exceed targets, while managing a team and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires a track record of at least 10 years in real estate sales (preferably including suburban/residential/builder projects), strong leadership, growth orientation, and the ability to manage large-scale transactions.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to suburban real estate markets to meet revenue targets and profitability goals.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team: hiring, training, setting goals, performance reviews, coaching.

Oversee full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, site visits, negotiations, closure, handover.

Maintain and build relationships with brokers, channel partners, local realtors, and other stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity in suburban regions; use insights to adjust strategy.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, legal, finance, construction teams to ensure seamless execution of sales commitments.

Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports; ensure accurate tracking of metrics like conversion rates, average deal size, closing ratio.

Ensure customer satisfaction, handle escalations, post sales follow ups to generate referrals and repeat business.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, zoning, documentation, and other legal requirements relevant to suburban real estate.

Drive innovation: explore digital sales tools, CRM, virtual site tours, etc., for enhancing sales effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience



Experience

: Minimum

10 years

in real estate sales; must have handled suburban site projects (residential / plotted / township / gated communities).

Proven record

of achieving high sales volumes / targets, especially in suburban settings.

Strong leadership experience: managing sales teams, setting and achieving goals.

Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.

Good understanding of real estate regulations, approvals, land acquisition, site planning in suburban zones.

Strong financial acumen: ability to analyse pricing, margins, cost vs benefit, ROI of campaigns.

Familiarity with marketing strategies especially relevant to suburban customers (e.g. offline outreach, local brokers, digital real estate marketing).

Bachelor's degree in Business / Real Estate / Marketing or equivalent; Masters preferred.

Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written).

Comfortable travelling to sites, meeting customers onsite in suburban/rural areas.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
