The Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of real estate projects through direct clients and channel partners. The role focuses on individual contribution, client handling, site visits, negotiations, and closures to achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales through direct walk-ins, channel partners, and referrals
Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct site visits and present projects to prospective clients
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers
Handle client negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
Maintain accurate lead data, follow-ups, and sales pipeline in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, bookings, and collections
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction from booking to handover
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to close deals independently
Customer-centric and target-driven mindset
Good knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Qualifications
Graduate (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred)
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales
