Job Summary
The Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate will be responsible for leading the sales function for assigned projects, driving revenue targets, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and hands-on sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned real estate projects
Handle high-value client negotiations and deal closures
Drive walk-ins, site visits, bookings, and conversions
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and pipeline reports for management
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (Sales Managers / Executives)
Conduct daily briefings, weekly reviews, and performance evaluations
Ensure proper follow-ups, CRM updates, and closure discipline
Channel Partner Management
Appoint, manage, and motivate channel partners / brokers
Conduct CP meets, site visits, and scheme rollouts
Ensure timely payouts and healthy broker relationships
Marketing & Strategy
Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
Provide market feedback on pricing, inventory, and competitor analysis
Support project launches, promotions, and events
Customer Relationship
Maintain excellent customer experience from enquiry to possession
Address escalations and ensure smooth documentation and booking processes
Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for closures
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
In-depth understanding of real estate sales cycle
Knowledge of CRM systems and MIS reporting
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Qualifications
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Proven experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
