We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and oversee end-to-end sales operations for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent client management abilities, and a proven track record in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team for high performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Oversee client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
Coordinate with marketing and project teams for launches and sales campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Track KPIs, review team performance, and prepare sales reports.
Ensure effective use of CRM tools and compliance with sales processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
5-7 years of real estate sales experience, including leadership roles.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing large teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
