Role Overview



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

sales professional

to lead sales for our luxury and ultra-luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value transactions, managing HNI/UHNI clients, and driving revenue growth in premium real estate. This role requires a blend of sales leadership, client relationship management, and market intelligence to deliver exceptional outcomes aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth



Drive sales of luxury and ultra-luxury residential projects to meet and exceed revenue targets. Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing recommendations, and go-to-market plans. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Client Relationship Management



Build and nurture strong relationships with HNI and VIP clients. Deliver a personalised and high-touch client experience consistent with the brand's luxury positioning. Organise and attend client events, private viewings, and property showcases.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration



Lead and mentor a sales team, providing coaching, performance management, and motivation to achieve collective goals. Partner with marketing, CRM, and project teams to design targeted campaigns, events, and client engagement strategies. Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements and collections.

Market Intelligence & Reporting



Track competitor offerings, market trends, and buyer behaviour to identify new opportunities. Provide management with regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and insights for decision-making. Contribute to brand positioning and product strategy through client feedback and market research.

Qualifications & Experience



Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 15+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 7 years in the luxury or ultra-luxury residential segment in Mumbai. Proven experience in closing high-ticket transactions (?5 Cr+). Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining brand integrity. Experience with premium real estate developers is preferred. Multilingual proficiency (English, Hindi, regional/foreign languages) to engage diverse clientele.
