We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Senior Sales Manager
to lead and grow our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and mentoring junior sales professionals. This role demands a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and/or commercial projects.
Generate and follow up on high-quality leads through digital platforms, brokers, channel partners, and walk-ins.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Guide clients through property site visits, deal negotiations, and final closures.
Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.
Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and team productivity.
Train and mentor new sales team members to ensure consistent performance standards.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, customer preferences, and regulatory environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
