We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for converting leads into successful sales, building long-term client relationships, and representing the company in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate and follow up on leads through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, cold calls, site visits, and online inquiries.
Understand client requirements.
Conduct site visits with potential clients and provide complete information on property features, pricing, payment terms.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing to better position the company's offerings.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing after-sales support and addressing queries promptly.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good knowledge of the local property market.
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
