Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure peak performance. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales efforts and ensure smooth project execution. Ensure timely follow-ups and a structured approach to CRM and lead management tools. Participate in trade shows, property expos, and networking events to promote the brand and generate qualified leads.

Qualifications:

7-8 years

of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
