Job Overview Inner Engineering Products & Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insulation, HVAC or building materials industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset. Knowledge of insulation products and building codes is a plus. Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers. Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities. Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to promote company products and services.
