Premier Bars Limited, a leading company in the steel industry, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for its Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) division. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical and commercial background and be capable of independently handling the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the
PEB
segment.
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and industrial clients.
Work closely with the design, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project deliveries.
Negotiate contracts, finalize orders, and ensure timely collections.
Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to the management.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing technical support and after-sales service.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or an MBA in Sales & Marketing with a strong technical understanding.
Experience: 10-15 years in sales and business development of PEB or steel structures.
Age: Between 35-40 years.
Strong networking skills in the construction and industrial sectors.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
