The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, and driving business growth through new client acquisition and key account management. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to achieve revenue targets and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide sales initiatives.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Negotiate high-value contracts and close complex deals.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly.
