Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead and grow sales for
TMT Bars
in the assigned region. The ideal candidate must have strong B2B sales experience in the steel/ferrous sector along with market knowledge and client-handling expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive regional sales for TMT Bars and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and key clients.
Identify new business opportunities and convert high-potential leads.
Handle pricing, negotiations, and customer requirements for the territory.
Manage client queries, coordinate deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
5-15 years of experience in
steel, TMT, or ferrous industry
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of regional markets, dealer networks, and pricing.
Proven track record of meeting targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
Self-driven, responsible, and capable of handling regional responsibilities independently.
