Role Description



Specific Curd /Paneer

SMP - North India - Ghee/ Milk Product

Starting with 10-20 tons & after 2 months 20-30 Tons Sales

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales Manager/ GM for the dairy industry B2B segments at Alpha Milkfoods Private Limited located in Okhla Industrial Area Phase 1. The Sales Manager/ GM will be responsible for managing and growing sales to institutional and retail customers, representing the brands Farmer Fresh & Fontana. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications



Sales and Business Development skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Experience in the dairy industry or related field

Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales strategies

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Understanding of FSSAI and food safety regulations

Job description



Minimum of 20 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dairy industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the dairy sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional targets for dairy products.

Manage and support a team of sales representatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
