Based in Mumbai, this role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, nurturing key client relationships, and executing sales strategies that align with our brand's commitment to quality and craftsmanship. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and production, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive brand loyalty.Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and market expansion goals.

  • Identify new market opportunities, including domestic and international clients across retail, wholesale, interior design, and hospitality sectors.
  • Drive revenue growth through direct sales and channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management * Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Set performance targets, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Provide ongoing training to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management * Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate high-value deals and manage key accounts with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring premium service and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Market Intelligence & Product Alignment * Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to align offerings with market demand and client preferences.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Operations & Reporting * Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data to support decision-making.
  • Work with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Trade Shows & Promotions * Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and digital outreach.

The candidate would be responsible for Identying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn't, manage key client relationships and works to build new ones, lead sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management team, develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share, track emerging markets and trends, helps to shape the company's long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them, travel to customer location, meetings and sites.Skills: * Proven ability to drive B2B and B2C sales in the luxury home dxc3xa9cor or textile industry.
  • Expertise in lead generation, sales funnel management, and closing high-value deals

  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally for business opportunities
Education & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the carpet, textile, or interior design industry.
  • 5-8 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or senior sales role
