Job Summary:

Spixar HumanEdge is hiring experienced Senior Sales Managers to lead high-performing field sales teams, drive customer acquisition, and achieve strong regional sales targets. This is a leadership role for professionals passionate about building teams and scaling field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

o Lead, train, and manage 8-18 Field Sales Executives o Drive field sales and customer acquisition in assigned regions o Plan and execute local sales & marketing activities o Track daily performance, reports, and KPIs o Ensure consistent target achievement and team productivity o Build strong customer relationships and market presence

Requirements:

o 5+ years of experience in field sales o 1+ years of team handling / people management experience o Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills o Target-driven and result-oriented mindset o Willingness to travel within the region
