Role Overview
We are looking for a sales professional who can build strong relationships with architects and interior designers, manage showroom walk-ins, and convert high-value enquiries into closures. This role requires a deep understanding of concept-led selling, design thinking, and premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and engage with architects, interior designers, and consultants to educate them about Evolve Artisanal's products, applications, and design philosophy
Handle showroom walk-ins and provide a consultative, experience-driven product walkthrough
Generate large-ticket enquiries through relationship building, referrals, and regular market outreach
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products based on concept, aesthetics, and functionality
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercials, and close sales
Maintain long-term relationships with key specifiers and repeat clients
Track enquiries, conversions, and follow-ups systematically and report sales progress
Stay updated with design trends, materials, and competitor offerings in the premium building materials space
Candidate Profile
Prior experience in selling premium design-led products such as surfaces, wall panels, flooring, decor, lighting, furniture, or similar categories
Strong understanding of
concept / value-based selling
rather than price-led selling
Comfortable dealing with architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth clients
Well-spoken with excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to handle large-ticket sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Presentable, confident, and aligned with a premium brand environment
Self-driven, relationship-oriented, and closure-focused
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of relevant sales experience in the luxury building materials or design ecosystem
Background or exposure to architecture, interior design, or design-centric brands is a strong plus
