Anant? is a luxury architecture and interior design studio known for building sophisticated, timeless homes for HNI and UHNI clients. With 200+ completed residences, our work blends craft, personalization, and technical precision. We're now expanding our sales leadership and looking for a seasoned performer who can manage the full sales cycle end-to-end with accountability.

Role Overview



This is a senior, outcome-driven role. You'll lead the complete sales journey for Anant? Designs (luxury interiors) and support Anant? Homes (luxury villas & prefab).
From taking fresh leads to final closure, this role demands experience, maturity, and the ability to build trust with high-expectation clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Qualification



Receive, call, and qualify inbound leads from Meta and performance marketing campaigns. Understand client requirements, budget readiness, timelines, and decision dynamics. Maintain accurate tracking and follow-up discipline across CRM/lead systems.

Product Pitch & Presentation



Explain Anant?'s design process, service structure, value proposition, and brand ethos confidently. Conduct on-call pitches, video presentations, and in-person meetings with prospective clients. Build strong rapport with HNI families, working professionals, and NRI home-owners.

Estimation & Proposal



Coordinate with the design and operations teams to prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates. Present proposals, justify pricing, and handle objections with clarity and confidence. Ensure all documents and proposal decks are prepared professionally and delivered on time.

Sales Closures



Own the negotiation process and drive conversions with a structured, ethical, and relationship-first approach. Convert high-value leads into successful projects for interiors, villas, and prefab developments. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaboration & Reporting



Work closely with the Founder, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Design, and Execution teams. Provide weekly reporting on funnel health, lead quality, and conversion performance. Give structured feedback to marketing to improve lead quality and targeting.

What You Need to Succeed



Minimum 10 years of sales experience

-- preferably in luxury interiors, real-estate, architecture, furniture, or other premium lifestyle categories. Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (?15L - ?3Cr+ range). Strong communication skills -- clear, confident, and persuasive. Ability to handle HNI/UHNI clients with maturity, patience, and professionalism. High discipline in follow-ups, documentation, and pipeline management. Tech-comfortable: CRM, WhatsApp, Calendars, Google Sheets, and presentation tools. Driving conversions without high pressure tactics, relationship-led selling.
