Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader (5+ years in ERP/SAP sales) to drive business growth, manage the sales team, and build strong client relationships. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing the full sales cycle, achieving revenue targets, and identifying new opportunities to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets; close new business deals
Develop and implement strategic business plans
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in CRM
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Mentor and manage the sales & marketing team for performance
Communicate regularly with senior management on sales progress and challenges
Analyse sales data and market trends to drive growth opportunities
Requirements:
5+ years of proven ERP/SAP sales experience
Strong corporate network and relationship management skills
Track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹320,989.69 - ₹600,000.00 per year
