We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Sales Manager (6-8 years) to lead our sales operations in the travel industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, creating business plans, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring expense controls. You will manage and guide the sales team by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing training and support. Collaboration with the marketing department for lead generation and campaign execution will be a key part of your role.
The position requires strong leadership skills to build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team while also driving individual accountability. You will be responsible for client acquisition, cold calling, building partnerships with travel agents, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (MBA preferred), have proven experience in travel sales, and demonstrate expertise in planning and implementing sales strategies, customer relationship management, and team leadership. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering monthly incentives on target completion along with an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's long-term growth.
