Job Description

Aspirar Luxury Villas is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead and scale sales for our exclusive luxury villa projects. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep real estate sales expertise, strong leadership skills, and an understanding of high-net-worth client expectations.

You will be responsible for the sales function, driving revenue, managing channel partnerships, and delivering an exceptional buying experience aligned with the Aspirar brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities



Lead end-to-end sales strategy for luxury villa projects

Drive sales targets through direct sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches

Handle HNI/UHNI client relationships with discretion and professionalism

Establish strong channel partner networks (IPC, CPs, brokers)

Oversee site visits, negotiations, pricing strategy, and closures

Track sales performance, MIS, forecasting, and reporting to leadership

Ensure a premium client experience throughout the sales lifecycle

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
