Profile: Senior Sales Manager & Sales ManagerProduct: Home LoanExperience: 4 - 8 YearsCTC: Upto 8 - 12 LPALocations: Mumbai, Pune & AhemdabadResponsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for building a strong retail lending business of Home Loans and Loan Against Property.- Lead the sales team of an assigned region and assist them to achieve the defined targets- Plan and implement region specific innovative strategies to achieve and exceed business targets- Create a strong and compliant culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and team development- Manage and support the effective deployment of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, new markets and allocate resources to most profitable opportunities - Analyze the changing market trends, channel deployment etc.- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggest new and innovative promotion plan for the area of work- Effectively engage with Operations & Product teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations- Review team performance in a structured manner and outline a process to review feedback- Drive high performance culture amongst the team and create an environment congenial to share best practices for the overall growth of the team- Identify training opportunities and enable trainings to constantly upskill the team- Responsible for the retention of the team, channels and the advisors (ref:updazz.com)
