The Senior Sales Manager - B2B (Apple Business) will lead and drive
Apple B2B sales operations
in the Kollam region. The role involves managing key dealer accounts, expanding the dealer base, mentoring junior sales managers, and ensuring that revenue and growth targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive
B2B Apple sales growth
across Kollam region.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with
existing key dealers
while identifying and developing
new business opportunities
.
Achieve and exceed
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
.
Conduct regular
dealer visits
, review sales performance, and address dealer challenges.
Collaborate with the
Regional Sales Manager - Kerala
to develop and execute sales strategies.
Provide
market insights
, competitor analysis, and dealer performance reports.
Ensure compliance with
Apple brand standards
and maintain premium customer experience.
Track billing, collections, and ensure timely reporting to management.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, operations) to support smooth dealer operations.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of proven B2B sales experience
, preferably in smartphones
Strong dealer network knowledge in Kollam or Kerala region is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to lead a small team and independently manage the region.
Strong target-driven approach with analytical and reporting skills.
Willingness to
travel extensively
within the Kollam region.
