Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Lead and manage a sales team of 25+ members
Monitor daily/weekly performance and ensure high productivity
Improve lead conversion through strong follow-up and counselling
Train and guide the team on communication, product knowledge, and CRM usage
Ensure proper CRM updates, reporting, and sales discipline
Coordinate with marketing and branch teams to improve lead quality and conversions
Handle escalations and ensure a smooth student onboarding experience
Requirements
Minimum
4 years of experience in sales
Must have experience
managing a team of at least 25 members
Strong communication and leadership skills
Target-driven with strong problem-solving ability
Experience in education/commerce professional courses or Ed-Tech is an added advantage
Familiarity
with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, etc.) preferred
