Senior sales manager
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both commercial and residential projects (G+2), excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales of commercial and residential properties.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct property site visits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates to management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-7 years in Real Estate Sales (Commercial & Residential Projects).
- Education: Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and client handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident leader.
