Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strategic sales plans, leading high-performing sales teams, managing key client relationships, and achieving organizational sales targets. This role involves market analysis, business development, and close coordination with marketing and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships Set sales targets, track performance, and prepare regular sales reports Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally Forecast sales and contribute to strategic business planning
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
